We manufacture Gold Ornaments of 22/22 Kt Hallmark and 18/18 Kt Hallmark Purity.
All jewellery items are breakable, please handle with care.
Once sold, value of any article is not refunded. Gold ornaments can be changed if returned
unused and undamaged
condition.
Three days for local and seven days for mofussil customers are allowed for exchange.
Ornaments made as per customer order cannot be cancelled and the making charge cannot be
refunded.
The company is not responsible for any damages or jewellery due to wear and tear or usage by the
customer.
Before leaving the showroom, customers are requested to check the ornaments along with the
weight.
Once sold, no complaints will be entertained.
All deliveries will be made strictly against payment of Cash / Credit Cards / Debit Cards.
Gems once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Pearl & Coral are subject to natural decay and may reduce in weight/size or come out of setting.
In case of payment by cheque, delivery will be made only after realization of the cheque.
There is no buyback value on colour and semi-precious / astrological stones.
No exchange of newly purchased ornaments will be entertained during any discount sale.
TAX INVOICE / CASH MEMO / ORDER MEMO must be produced for any enquiry or repurchase.
The company guarantees only the quality of gold as per hallmark standards,
not the durability of ornaments.
If delivery is not collected within 30 days, the order will be treated as cancelled.
Making charges and 5% of stone value will be deducted.
In case of order cancellation, full making charge and 15% of diamond/stone value will be
deducted.
The company is not responsible if stones come out during usage.
Full value is paid for exchange of our own ornaments without deduction for soldering,
but original cash memo must be provided.
Gold buyback is done based on weight at prevailing buying rate (lower than selling rate),
via A/C payee cheque only.
The company reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time.
